1. Heat the Oil in the Paella Pan and then cook the chicken. Add in the onion – stir for 5 minutes without letting them brown.
2. Add the Chorizo and fry until it releases its oils.
3. Stir in the Turmeric, paprika and rice, coat them in the oils then pour in the Stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour in the peas and cook for 5 minutes, then stir in the King Prawns to heat through for a final 1-2 minutes cooking or until rice is cooked.
5. Taste for seasoning, serve immediately with lemon wedges and enjoy!.
