Ceviche is a seafood dish very popular in Central and South America:, Specially in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, United States, Peru and the Caribbean.
You can make it with a combination of fish and seafood like Cod, Sea Bass, Tilapia, Prones, octopus and any kind of seafood you like.
This dish is not cooked with heat but marinated with lime juice, so it should be prepared and served
